The developed products can be directly coated on high temperature pipelines, high temperature production equipment or For the thermal insulation coating on the high temperature heating equipment, after the aerogel high temperature thermal insulation colloid with a thickness of 1.5-2.0cm is applied, the surface temperature of the heating equipment can be significantly reduced from 350 degrees to below 100 degrees, which can significantly reduce energy consumption by 35-45% and save energy.
Home Safety
For home safety and building materials industry, our company has developed aerogel fireproof compound, which is 1:1 mixed with cement and assembled into fireproof door with 5cm thick aerogel cement insulation core material, which has been certified by National Cheng Kung University Fire Prevention Center. It does not have any toxic smoke and has passed the fire prevention time of more than 120A, providing an effective solution for home fire prevention in the future.
Customization Capability
The company can cooperate with the needs of various domestic manufacturers to jointly develop aerogel technology products that are the most promising for customers and have excellent fireproof, heat insulation, lightweight, water repellent and other functions.
At present, the company has applied for a total of 17 cases and 54 aerogel invention patents at home and abroad. As of May 2022, it has obtained 12 invention patents in Taiwan, 7 patents in the United States, 5 patents in mainland China, and 3 patents in Japan.
